I found the rookery in Dallas...it is right in the center of town, smack dab in the middle of the UT Southwestern Medical School. This Great White Egret shot is in dedication to Coleen Perilloux Landry. She has some fantastic images of Egrets from her area of Louisiana. So, I had to visit ours...she inspired me to go out and find this place! Coleen's images are some of the best I've seen. You must check out her work!
