ANYONE FOR A BOWL OF GREAT TEXAS CHILI??

Dallas, TX

We have chili every Christmas Eve with dips, chips, sometimes enchiladas and tamales. And, on Christmas day we serve brisket. These traditions started probably about 15 years ago. Everyone wanted to have something other than turkey or ham so we spice things up a little in my family! Was really, really good!!!

I stand by my earlier comment.

I'll leave the chili and take the cook. Always a treat peeking at your photos and seeing your pretty face Cindi.

Happy Holidays to you and the family.

Put me down for a gallon. Sounds like a good time is had by all. We really enjoyed the holidays in San Antonio, although the Christmas trees were a bit dry by the time they got there.

Good idea. Using this cover as a reflector saves money. Thanks for the tip.

Yes, if you have a vegetarian version. Otherwise I'll just have the nachos. You look good trying to be the All-American Nigella! Much more real and a nice genuine smile!

What a great tradition! I'm kinda tired of the same old thing too. Maybe time to start a new tradition here too.
