Here Dave is with Stan Gosche, another long-time friend, at the Keephills Power Plant near Lake Wabamun. This was one of our favorite destination in winter as the three power plants in the area kept the water open all winter long. This would attract good numbers of waterfowl, loons and grebes, which, in turn, would attract eagles and Gyrfalcons.
