This was a deliberate double exposure that I did for a photography class at Arizona State University in 1977. I first exposed the picture of the moon, and then slipped in a negative with a picture of my wife's face. I used a pinhole of light to let in some image from her eyes and add them to the other. It took about 30 tries to get it right.
