Chlorostilbon ricordii ricordii

Three species of hummingbirds occur on Cuba, of which two (Cuban Emerald and Bee Hummingbird) are resident, whilst the other (Ruby-throated Hummingbird) is a distinctly uncommon migrant visitor. Far more common and widespread than its smaller cousin, Cuban Emeralds even occur in small gardens in the city of Havana.
