I have received a few enquiries and requests to reveal how to create those textured images.
Well... it is simple. I have stocked up on a reasonable stock of texture images; rust, paper, sand, water, blur, rock, peeling paint etc.
1. Open the picture that you want to play with
2. Open a picture with the texture that you want to use
3. Copy and paste the texture shot onto your original picture (1)
4. Use the layer opacity filter thingy on the texture layer and see what effect you like best. (I quite like the overlay filter).
After that you just flatten your layers and play with the saturation, the levels, the contrast or what ever you enjoy messing about with. ;¬)
Oh yeah... Original size should be full screen... (its better that way)
