Thanks to Jarrett, Russ, Roger and Johnny for making this trip so much fun. I take tons of pictures, and this trip is no different. I think I probably took about 2000 pictures, but I had to cut it down a whole lot or you'd be here forever viewing them. I broke them into weeks, and then by what we did. The area was a big tourist area, so there was lots to do. Things were soooo HOT there. The humidity there was worse than any Kona winds day ever. But at least there was a water park, and also a cool breeze coming off of the ocean most of the time. Also, things were SOO cheap. $1 = 40 baht. To get an idea, I could buy a bottle of water for 7 baht from 7-11. Thats about 17 cents. I bought an A&W soda for 5 baht, or 12 cents... And I bet those things were expensive because they were "tourist" prices. Anyways, sit back, relax, and take some time to view all these pictures....

Oh yeah, I gotta mention something about traffic. Its even crazier than the prices of food. Everyone rides motorbikes (somewhat like mopeds). 2 or 3 on a motorbike, some riding side saddle. At least they're required to wear helmets, but there's motorbikes passing cars and baht buses and tour buses. If a motorbike is going too slow, the car or bus or truck will honk its horn and force the motorbike onto the shoulder. I don't even remember how many times I almost got hit (even at the airport). And you gotta remember to look the opposite way too, since they drive on the other side of the road. I'm glad I don't have to drive there.
