Where you can see the single decker bus,is the roadway, known as Station Road, N22.At it's junction with Cumberland Road,on the west side,space for a pedestrian walkway is limited/non-existant,so,a raised walkway has been provided.What you see in shot,is the walking surface of the raised walkway,with a rain puddle,reflecting other buildings and the sky.And the protective fence.
