Lady, Edward and Max.NB:This was near the end of the last long walk.Sadly, Max has bad arthritis in both hips, and while he enthuses about a walk today , tomorrow he'll hardly be able to walk, causing him much distress, not to say discomfort.So,a couple of miles is his limit now.
Addendum :Not so,last Monday,25/1/2016,Max walked the better part of 20 miles,on the Hoo Peninsula's Saxon Shore Way.
