To the rhs of this shot is a large glass fronted building,which occupies the former site of a waste paper merchants called Phillips Mills.My maternal grandfather worked there.Another pbase member,John Cooper,has done more than anyone else,to publicise that fact,so I find it curiously congratulatory that the barges now sitting outside the old factory site should have his name on them.
