Robin Egg Blue - Spring Hue

We tend to think of eggs as fragile, yet a robin uses stalks of dried grass to weave a nest in Nevada City, Montana.
Robin eggs have a diameter of about 1 inch.
Robin Egg Blue is an official Crayola color: RGB (31, 206, 203), Hex Code #1FCECB

Wow, very pretty. Must be beautiful to behold in person!

How fortunate you are to get to see the nest! I have never seen one in "person". I just LOVE that robin's egg blue color and remember now it was a favorite way back when I was coloring with crayons. I really like the one sprig of dried grass that peaks out from the group of eggs. Beautiful!

I love the crop on this and the depth of field. A lovely taste of Spring.
