'This forest of telephone poles was once used for trans-Atlantic communications & has been donated to the Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge. This is good because Good Luck Point is an important bird migration and wintering spot along the Atlantic Flyway. Ospreys use the poles for nesting sites & they are a good vantage point for food in the bay. '
