Thank you Denise, McSaba, and inframan. This trail is a few miles long and is heavily canopied with tall overgrown trees. No, the troubled youth Billy the Kid did not live in Lawrence but in fact was born in New York and migrated to the American southwest. Hmmm, yellow brick, that would have been pretty cool for the nature trail. Maybe throw in some witch's legs crushed under a storm toss'd frame house, flying monkeys, and a scarecrow coming to life looking for his legs and freaking out everyone on the nature trail. That's quite the imagination you have there, inframan.
