All the circles were actually I giant sticker that was placed in between KLCC & KLCC park fountain... I belive it's for somekind of product promotion... The folded mark you see actually was the garden tiles where they stick the sticker...

It appears to have been folded, so it must be made of cloth. Hmmm, don't know what it is but I do like all the circular colors. Nice shot Tabrizi and great entry for the challenge!

Great colorful design! I'm guessing it's painted on a floor or the ground somewhere for some reason. ???
