Old houses (& people) with character are my favorite subjects too.

Another great shot jp, you sure have a knack for finding these old buildings! This is my favorite kind of photography, but I don't seem to run across it very often. I like the way the one door is partly open in this image. It's like it is saying "come on in if you dare" :-)

I haven't tracked down the owner(s), Katherine, but my hunch is someone collected all these cars & buildings but ran out of funds for maintenance & is now either in a rest home or died intestate & all this is awaiting resolution.

If I get too nosy I'm afraid I might wind up owning a car or 2. ;)

Very cool-looking old, weathered house! I love the lighting and textures - it almost looks like a sketch. The car in the samples gallery looks to be in much better shape than the one in eligible. Do you know why this building and the cars are just left to deteriorate in the weather?
