I know, I know, more fish pictures... But these are different from the ones I entered in the Food Challenge! Funny, I can't eat anything from the sea, but I love to photograph it. Taken at the fish market in Naha.

Great shot Helen, wonderful colors. We have those fish here in Hawaii, we call them Uhu. Nice white meat with large flakes. Great wrapped up with butter and onions in Ti leaves and foil and steamed on the barbecue.

The colors and detail are amazing! Great composition, too. You can't eat it but you can photograph it, eh? Sounds like a see-food diet. Ha ha ha.
