I hope the ones on the bottom don't look too much like chocolate Santa mummies ;-) but my husband voted for this one over a closer view with far less DOF. I am still undecided...

If you hadn't mentioned mummies, I probably would have never thought this. But the standing Santas look as if they're paying their last respects to the prone ones. :). --Melanie

Delightful image Helen, all those cute little Santa's waiting patiently to be put in a little ones stocking. I always loved these as a child, but could never decide what to bite first, the head or the feet.

Helen, I like how these Santas line up like 'little tin soldiers'. I like the metallic sheen off the wrappers..and all the colors here too. The Santas 'in repose' don't bother me at all...even Santa has to take a nap every once in a while :) Good idea and nice shot of the festive chocolates. MFC

I can almost hear the ho-ho-hos.
They look sort of patriotic too, fitting for DC. ;-)
