This is both col and funny at the same time, Zahid. Very imaginative blending of shots - and very well done with the appropriate reflections, even.

Zahid, thanks a lot for the details. You really had me fooled. I assumed the croc wasn't alive, but I didn't understand how a child would be allowed to ride in the water like that unattended, especially at that speed! :) I thought surely he's going to fall off :) You got me. MFC

Thank you Tabrizi, Mike and Sonny for praising the image. Now about the details of making the child heading towards 2006 ... obviously two photographs have been sandwiched, together. The main photo i.e the canal was shot with a fast moving boat in a circular movement. Hence, traces of the speed of the boat are very vivid and alive ... adding drama in the scene. The second photo i.e the child (my grand son ) and fibre glass crocodile were shot outside of a restaurant ... where crocodile was placed by the management for such a purpose. Rest was easy. Crocodile took place of the boat ... with small touchings here and small touchings there. It certainly was that easy!

This is an unbelievable image. Seems like the croc is even motorized. I like the slight reflection of the boy in the water. This would make a nice conversational piece. I can just imagine the joy, shock and surprise of the recipient. Excellent for this theme.

What the...? A child riding a crocodile? This is really funny, Zahid...it's not too often one even imagines a scene like this :) I love how the child's casual pose and hat positioning contrast with the croc's menacing, open mouth and speed. Nice how you included part of the land for reference & captured the water action. This image really sends a message of FUN, no matter what one chooses to do during the holidays! :) Very cute and humorous, Zahid. MFC
