Thank you very much, Bev--and you're right, it's a great place to shoot--many acres of new to century-and-a-half old monuments. MFC, thank you. The challenge of a stable yet fluid composition in a circle or rondel appeals to me. One of my favorite paintings is Raphael's Alba Madonna. I think the sculptor did well with his rose in that respect. Fremiet, thank you. I'm gratified to hear a feeling of translucency came thru. I nailed my hand to my Wacom so I wouldn't even be tempted to oversharpen and screw it up.
