I really like this one, Penelope - how you managed to get such detail in the fire and embers, yet get lots of detail in the walls from the single light source on the wall. The hazy form of the person tending the fire adds an element of mystery in the scene. Nicely done, indeed!

Nice shot of the fire and burning wood! I like the view of the guy tending the fire that can be seen through the smoke.

Great shot, Penelope! You've done a terrific job of capturing the color and action of the flames. I can feel the warmth of those embers. Is there a story that goes along with this image? Is provision of warmth it's sole purpose?---Deb
