Cool shot - I love the crystal clear water!

Nancy, I really like your stop-action of the glistening water here...& the way water envelops the fingers before cascading off of the hand. Clear, well-exposed, and a good choice for B&W. Nice "catch" of this wonderful waterfall...good idea and well-executed. MFC

Love the frozen water motion. Very artistic with the BW conversion, and the lighting is just right. John(ebones)

Neat image, Nancy. I really like how you've captured the water so that it appears to be encasing the hand. And, of course, the B&W conversion, always a favorite of mine.---Deb

The tips of the fingers were cropped out of the shot on purpose, in order to focus more on the hand itself, and the water flowing through it. You can see the fingers (same original) here:

a very good idea, the water / hand thing is well done here. the exposure, and the lighting is superb, as is the bw conversion and the toning. i'm just missing the tips of the fingers though, but that's really a nit. creative, nancy! -- andy
