Simple recipe :
Background of black velvet.
Camera on tripod, with selftimer.
One 500 W halogen light with grid from the left.

Spraid myself with water.
Created tension in my body (as if I was lifting something heavy).

F2.1, 1/20 s, Iso 100, F707 hide exif
