Third Sri Lanka Trip

Went to Negombo, Kandy and Polonaruwa. As always, it was amazing. Negombo was my least favorite. Large tour groups and seemed to be a lot of sex tourism as well. Bars blasting american hip-hop well into the night. Got out of there but quick. Kandy was sublime, as Kandy always is. Stayed in a couple of nice guest houses with nice balconies with excellent views. Polonaruwa is a nice place, but the archaelogical site is, well, an archeological site. Anaradhapura, where I went last year, was much nicer since it is a living pilgrimage site for Buddhists. But the Polonoruwa area was beautiful and worth the visit.
