Birth of a Shiner

I had broken my foot the day before... yet, in a quest for a photo of the perfect sunset, I continued with my outing. Clutching two cameras and my dog, I lost my footing on a rocky trail, and kissed the dirt. Not to worry though, the cameras survived unscathed.

Ouch... Here one can see clearly through what trouble and pain passionate photographers need to go through in order to take the shot of the day. And that after having broken your leg the day before. Brave girl Terrie. Keep going.... :-) V
