Wells State Park entrance road, July 13th, off of White Oak. The hairs and spines of this tussock caterpillar a highly differentiated, no doubt serving a broad range of defensive rolls - all the same, the caterpillar shown erupted with braconid parasitoid wasps shortly after the photograph was taken.
