Collected Mid June as second instar caterpillar from grape in Medfield MA along Causeway Rd. One of the most stunning sphinx caterpillars. The green or pale form pictured here is one of our most fantastic creatures! It has the classic Abbott's snake mimic rear end but in addition seams to be a grape mimic. Very cool.
