You are exactly right, Larry. This is a space in the local children's zoo. There are healthy farm animals here, but all the wild animals are rescued because of conditions that don't permit their release. This is actually a very large space with a male and a female redwing hawks. It's two stories high and larger than some of the apartments I've lived in. Still, you can see that the animal is forlorn.
