A very heavy Winter 2004/Spring 2005 rain season left more snow in the high country than the previous several years combined. As a result, the Upper Salt River has been flowing at unprecedented rates of 20000 cfs creating a great season for the rafters and kayakers wanting to test their skills on the white water. I went up this past weekend with Trixie (of course) and some friends to watch some of the action and practice the photography skill along the banks.
I won't be commenting on each image since I don't know any of the people actually in the photograph.
