Forest Lakes is a small mountain community between Heber and Payson off of US-260 fust above the Mogollon Rim. It is nice in that it is rather close to Phoenix and is still at an altitude well above 7,000 feet allowing for snow. Recent storms have dumped large amounts of both snow and rain on AZ so I took The Mutt (Trixie) up to play and romp in the snow.
