Forest Lakes is a small mountain community located just North of Payson, AZ at the top of the Mogollon Rim at an altitude of about 7500 feet. It is a rather nice place to go and visit and simply get out of the Summer heat on Phoenix.

One one pass through trip, I went to the local lake hoping to have million of small daisy flowers as was present the previous year:

But that did not happen. The water was rather calm and the sun was in a bad position with a single cloud in the sky. I tried to make some composition out of the image and this was what I came up with
