This image was the first time I have tried the DMK monchrome high speed camera on solar imaging. This is a composite of two exposures, one for surface details, around 1000 frames at 1/300 of a sec at 60fps. The prominences were around 1/120 exposure at around 30fps and captured about 1200 frames. The images were stacked in registax and a edited in photoshop and composited in photoshop. The scope was a Coronado Solarmax 40, solar telescope which views the sun in a narrow band of Ha spectrum. Taken from my backyard around 5pm.
