Wonderful! I love the tone, the blinds along with the silhouettes... and I'm wondering if there is a trick to getting the exposure perfect?

Very neat image! It is framed nicely and has strong lines both from the window frame and the blind. The fluid lines of the figures is a nice contrast to the straight lines elsewhere.
