I bought this about 12 months ago to use as part of an exercise regime, but found it too hard, so it has been put away. I have now started walking.

I had one of those and used it quite a while. Walking and watching TV at the same time.

It does look very difficult and dangerous as there's nothing to hold on to.

A beautiful shot... walking is more fun... I do swimming and try to ride my bike.
