Wanda in Training Again 01_12_07.jpg

It is well below freezing outside, snow blowing, icy and slick. Not the type of day you want to be outside riding a bike. Wanda has a goal; so, she has the trainer setup and is working out hard inside.

Yes it is beginning again. Wanda has started training and is again hoping to raise some money for the American Diabetes Association by riding in the "Tour de Cure".

I much prefer to be hot and sweaty rather than bundled up as well! But when it's as cold as it has been in Utah lately, I am sure you will see more "bundled up" photos than you will not-bundled up ones.

As for the "Miss Top Fundraiser" comment. . . . well, I'll need LOTS of help to achieve that honor. (smiling ever so sweetly and batting My eyelashes in your direction) I thank you once again for your support last year, and I do hope you will consider supporting Me again this year. What a perfect way to "Kick it Off" - You WILL be "Miss ADA Top Fundraiser 2007"!! This is a pleasant contrast to the recently posted bundled up Wanda in the snow to this one of a determined sweaty Wanda. "Miss Sweaty" is by far No. 1.

Your comments always make Me chuckle. I had to start fund raising early this year, cuz people expect Me to at least achieve what I did last year! Talk about pressure. And secretly, I'd like to exceed what I did last year. . . but I don't wanna get My hopes up.

Anyway, thanks for your support. I do appreciate it. And good luck with the Christmas debt! I know the feeling. Been there, done that.

Wow, is it time to start fund raising already? After seeing this shot I'm ready to whip out my.........um, ......credit card, but I think I'll hold off a while so you can continue to entice us for another 6 months.
