This was somewhere in the middle of Nevada taken during a break to stretch our legs. It was an interesting place with a little hike and self guided tour of some Fremont Indian petroglyphs.

I've always enjoyed those "self guided" tours at the "points of interest" along the highways. I can go at My own speed and there is never a crowd to deal with!

Quiyam, I don't wear shorts for several reasons. A) leather uphosltry in the car is HOT this time of year and I have fried My backside one too many times! B) Bill cranks the air conditioning in the car, which I didn't complain about on this trip, and I end up freezing because of the cold air blowing on My bare legs. C) When I am out hiking around in the wilderness, more often than not, I end up crawling around on the ground while trying to get a better look at some cute critter that has scurried under a rock. My knees appreciate the protection of denim when I engage in such activities. D) the last and most important reason I seldom if ever wear shorts is because My legs aint as young as they use to be! (grin)
