This little lake is one of Wanda's and my favorite Springtime spots. We also hunt grouse near here in the Fall if the little two track road is passable.

A few years ago I got some photos of Wanda and Timber by this little pond. Tonight, to our surprise, we had to hike into the pond. Yet again, the US Forest Service has blocked off access to another road and piece of our canyon. They have put up a fence and cut down trees to block the road. More and more of my stomping grounds are being shut down and locked up by the whacko environmentalist Feds in Washington DC.
