This is Wanda in her element. Those of you that know her well and have hiked with her have seen this many times. She has always been fascinated with the little things she finds in nature. Here she is, looking at some moss on a rock we found, hiking in the canyon today.
Then there is this group of photos. Today on our hike every few hundred yards we would find a full can or bottle of beer tucked in a snow bank or under some brush. Either someone left them like bread crumbs to find their way or it was bait for some unsuspecting fool like me. You find one, drink it and then find another, then another and then they take advantage of you. I photographed five unopened beers while hiking. I figured it was best to turn around before I found number six.
