UPDATE! I believe we have figured out the chassis number of this factory RSR (911.360.0853).

...The 1973 Porsche 911 RSR in this photo gallery was ordered by Alan Johnson directly from the Porsche factory. Alan was the owner of Buzzani Porsche located in California. I also posted the entire Road & Track road test article which I highly recommend reading. If by chance you can 'confirm' the chassis number of this RSR, and, if you have any other photos, would you please consider forwarding them to me so that we can post them here? Thank you for your consideration.

By the way, I was told that this 73' 911 RSR was recently restored as shown in the photos of the Road & Track road-test report (thank God it no longer looks like the 74' RSR configuration!). I thank the new owner! ;)

this car is owned by Mr Liam Howlett and is the other one of the pair that was destroyed in fire recently . The car is restored back to its original factory spec all matching numbers .
