She originally asked permission to paint this image to enter into a local art fair. When I asked
specific questions: ie size of painting, name of art fair, price on the painting and does she give
credit to the original photographer, she never answered, she disappeared. Now I know why.
She was never given permission to paint it, and in addition, she would also need permission to
sell it, which was never given. Copyright theft.
