Only in Baltimore, would 5000 people turn out to watch their Mayor, newly convicted of stealing gift cards intended for poor children, turn on the Christmas lights at the city's monument to George Washington. Nevermind the irony, or the economy, or the Mayor who stole Christmas, everybody seemed to have a great time.
