The Millenium Dome, Greenwich, London, shot from across the river.
Voigtlander Bessa R
,Voigtlaender 35/2.5C,Kodak Elitechrome EBX I used a spot meter to take readings from the highlight near the centre of the dome and the shadows where the dome meets the water. With just over 5 stops between the shadow and highlight I set the exposure to try and retain both hi and lo detail but this meant the sky and water is a bit underexposed, which in turn has meant the blues are over emphasised.
The transparency has a little more detail on it and if/when I get a better scanner I will try to rescan ...

I do love the simplicity and compactness of the Bessa R and I have a number of the lenses.
The one thing I don't get on too well with is the screw thread mount but I am considering trading in to get the Bessa R2 and M mount adapters for the lenses.
Unfortunately I don't get as much time as I would like to use the Bessa but when I do use a manual camera I feel I get better images.

Powerful image. Thanks for sharing. How do you like the Bessa R with 35/2.5C? Would you recommend it?

this is a glorious image, it captures the otherworldliness of the building beautifully
