As the ciruja's story, as the farol, maybe other thing that joins us through tango,
is a strong love to our country. At that same street, above the cat’s bench I found this.
These symbols are virgin of Lujan, patroness of Argentina, San Martin’s portrait, our hero of independence and the house of Tucumán, where
that independence so hard obtained was finally proclaimed in 1816..
I remembered the poet, at the tango “Mi Buenos Aires querido” my dear Buenos Aires, saying
My Buenos Aires,
land of flowers
where I will spend my last days.
My beloved Buenos Aires,
the day I see you again,
there will be no more sorrow or forgetfulness
