The closeness of the butterfly, with the proboscus in focus and the vivid coloring of the butterfly matching the background are the important elements that make this one of my best pictures of 2004.

I Love this shot! There's something about the colors and the composition taht draws me to it. I really like the way the eye seems flourescent. Nice work!!!
