If you have been following this gallery, you know that once a week my grandson and I go to the kitchen to cook up a surprise after I pick him up from school.

With the economy what it is... we decide to eat "mice" for a little extra "protein" in our diet.

His little sister squealed with delight on seeing these little mice (chocolate covered cherries with almond ears and gel eyes) and he had great fun preparing them!
