September 24, 2009: OK... so this is the scenario... come home from a long day of work, walk in the house and smell homemade macaroni and cheese prepared by my husband. This is a favorite! True comfort food. Macaroni, cheese, bacon, crunchy bread crumbs... this is to die for. It is the best!

I eat and then sit down at the computer to touch base with my friends on Pbase. Of course I had taken a photo of my dinner to post on the September food challenge. Little did I know, Pbase was down! How can this be? You are always there for me. Where have all my friends gone? Will you return? Will all my photos be lost? We have shared good food and drink for the past month and now you are not there. Without Pbase I do not know how to contact you to say... "please share in this comfort food, and I do not want to lose touch with you".

So I wait... for days I wait and hope that we will be reunited. So today... September 30th I post this comfort food to share with you. I am glad you are back and hope the final kinks are worked out soon! It is comforting to know you are there...
