"To know how sweet your home may be, just go away but - keep the key."

This sampler was done by my mother and always hung in the living room as I was growing up. I now have it in my little guest bathroom and below hangs the key to my childhood home.
So many memories!

I have the same saying in my home. My great grandmother made it in 1951 and it hung in my grandmother's house as I was growing up. It now hangs in mine.
