These steps are in a lake (below) which was damned in the early 1900s and used for swimming.
The water is bitterly cold , no swimming allowed nowadays.

Well you got your shadow in the water despite the no swinning clause!
An unusual collection of shadows, reflections, colours, textures and lines. I like it!

It did feel cold and kind of haunting. But the color and the light seemed to be luring us in... And it's great to see you, er, your shadow :-)

Superb colors in this water. I am not sure that I would swim in it anyway.

The shadow makes this shot. Looks like the shadow is walking down the steps, into the depths!
