July 27. Footless but fancy-free

Down at the beach today, noticed this footless seagull.
(It was beach weather even though it is the middle of winter here. This is the driest July for many years, it was about 22°C.)

Nice capture. Little sad about the feet, but probably doesn't bother him much. I got a picture of a one footed duck the other day.
