Floral surprise

I was surprised to see this flower growing halfway up
a mountain in Bhutan. It reminded me of Hibiscus, but I'm
not 100% sure what it was.

I believe that may be Hibiscus Syriacus and we know it as " The Rose of Sharon "

Maybe its that deciduous hibiscus - I haven't seen one for years and aren't too sure. Fabulous shot & the lighting is excellent.

That's an excellent shot Sheila, it looks very much like hibiscus that we have in the garden.
