This baby brushtail turned up at our back door in broad daylight (they are nocturnal) which is a bit of a concern as they don't see too well in daylight. It is very small to have left its mother but looks very well fed and is not at all nervous of us humans or even our two cats, who are well used to seeing brushtails on our deck.
